The Burgfelderhof care centre is one of five care centres of Bürgerspital Basel. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with different needs a city-near, comfortable and individual home in the middle of greenery.
Your Role
You are responsible for the demanding care and support of the residents and mainly work during the night shift. The quality of life and living of the elderly people is your primary focus. You are familiar with the various care models and apply them individually. Shaping the daily living environment and the relationships of the residents within their social network are among your central tasks.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Preferably professional experience in long-term care
- RAI knowledge is desirable
- Familiar with the Skill & Grade Mix
- Open personality with polished manners
