In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. Your tasks with us:

• Getting to know and implementing the tasks of a health professional in everyday work
• Nursing, care and domestic activities
• Accompanying and caring for people in the last phase of life

Our expectations of you:

• Completed secondary school education
  
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Enjoyment of work and interaction with elderly people
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Willingness to integrate into teams
• Empathy, as well as relationship and communication skills
