Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000I want to develop professionally and bring my previous experience into a new field of activity. I am open to different industries and company areas. Responsibilities:
Preparation and control of customs declarations as well as export-relevant certificates of origin.
Monitoring daily shipping orders and coordinating the picking area.
Ensuring compliance with international customs and trade regulations.
Ensuring correct delivery documents and complete shipping paperwork.
Processing orders in customer service during staff shortages.
Reviewing and updating article and customer master data in the ERP system.
Analysing existing shipping processes and implementing suitable process adjustments.
Participating in internal projects related to logistics and export.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in foreign trade or export.
Several years of experience in international shipping and customs processing.
Knowledge in preparing export documents and certificates of origin.
Experience with commercial order processes and customer orders.
Good user knowledge of an ERP system and MS Office.
Independent, precise and reliable working style.
Customer-oriented manner and good collaboration with various departments.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
