Abacus Consultant Finance & Payroll (m/f/d)

Role:
A customer-oriented personality is sought for a specialised IT and consulting company to support businesses in the introduction and further development of Abacus solutions. You combine your expertise from the finance and fiduciary environment with IT affinity and enjoyment of consulting.
From configuration and implementation to training and ongoing support, you personally accompany your customers. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility in projects and develop both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
Introduction, configuration, and individual adaptation of Abacus applications in the areas of finance and payroll
Planning and execution of installations, updates, and technical adjustments
Consulting and support of customers from various industries as well as conducting user training
Gradual assumption of responsibility in project management
Creation of customer-specific evaluations and support with business management issues
Handling support requests by phone, remote maintenance, or directly on site with the customer
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in the fiduciary sector or degree in business administration HF/FH
Several years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or fiduciary environment
Good knowledge of Abacus and MS Office
Strong interest in business management contexts and digital solutions
Analytical skills, high quality orientation, and a reliable working style
Communicative, committed, and resilient personality with very good German language skills
