Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting project managers in exciting projects
- Creating plans in all phases according to SIA 108 from preliminary project to execution, including specialist site management
- Developing detailed drawings
- Preparing tender documents
- Independently working on smaller projects
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a building services planner
- Good knowledge of CAD, Revit skills and BIM are an advantage, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Precise and structured way of working
- Communicative, resilient and flexible personality
