With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Lausanne, I am looking for:

Real Estate Accountant M/F

Tasks:

• Independently manage the accounting of buildings from A to Z including closing tasks
• Account for mandate entries and exits
• Prepare client-specific reports
• Collaborate with and assist property managers

Profile:

• You have completed basic commercial training
• You have successfully completed further training in the financial field and/or have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Good writing skills in French; knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
• You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle challenges
• You work independently and precisely
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY
