Responsibilities:
You record, check and confirm customer orders in the ERP system.
You coordinate delivery dates with planning, production and logistics.
You prepare international shipments administratively for dispatch.
You create and check export documents and transport-related paperwork.
You respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing in German, French and English.
You coordinate returns and the resulting administrative tasks.
You maintain customer and article data in the SAP system.
You process material requests and inventory accounts in the precious metals area.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Experience in internal sales, order processing or export administration is an advantage.
You use SAP SD confidently; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
Basic knowledge of export processing and international transport documents.
Good user skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
You work precisely, independently and reliably.
Customer-oriented communication and good collaboration with internal departments are among your strengths.
Very good German skills as well as confident communication in English.
