Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the network construction and high voltage line area
- Leadership and development of a team of five employees
- Planning and realisation of construction projects in the energy supply sector
- Coordination with external service providers, authorities, and partners
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines
- Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a network electrician EFZ or similar
- Several years of professional experience in network construction and high voltage lines
- Leadership experience and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
