- Operation and maintenance of technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power, door and gate systems)
- Operation and monitoring of fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical and control systems as well as lift and escalator systems
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work in the building and car park
- Recording energy data and operating the parking and people counting system
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of exhibitions and decorations
- On-call duty as well as holiday cover for cleaning and shopping trolley service
- Certified specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or completed basic technical training (e.g. electrician, building technician, plumber, heating installer or similar)
- Experience in building technology maintenance is an advantage
- Responsible, flexible and service-oriented personality
- Willingness for on-call duty and irregular working hours (car essential)
- Good German skills and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Varied activity in a modern and lively environment
- Independent work in a committed team
- Regular shift times with fair scheduling
