A stable IT infrastructure is the foundation for every good job. As an ICT System Engineer, you ensure that systems, networks and workstations run reliably. You operate within a hybrid infrastructure of on-premise, private cloud and public cloud. Here you apply your knowledge broadly and continuously learn. Curiosity counts as much as experience.
Responsibilities:
You manage systems and applications in a hybrid environment of local servers and cloud services.
You set up and maintain employees’ workstations up to date.
You support users in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
Furthermore, you ensure secure and available operation of network and telephony.
You systematically analyse problems according to the principles of modern IT service management (ITSM) and document them in a structured manner.
In addition, you drive optimisations, automations and modernisations forward and implement requirements in a regulated environment.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or ICT or have a comparable foundation.
You bring experience in a versatile ICT infrastructure. Alternatively, you are eager to learn about it.
You have a basic understanding of cloud environments and are interested in ITSM as well as system documentation.
New technologies excite you, and older legacy systems do not deter you.
