Operations Electrician / Technical Service Specialist, Mattenhof Location

Tasks

• You carry out a variety of manual or technical activities, including repairs and maintenance of technical operational systems and equipment.
• You support and instruct employees in complying with all safety regulations.
• You assist in the deployment and supervision of external contractors, documentation in various operating systems, and handling complex enquiries.
• You contribute to the planning and cost-effective execution of repair and maintenance work.
• You are the contact person for internal staff and residents and support the induction of new employees and the professional guidance of our apprentices.

Profile

• Enjoyment in contact with residents and a strong service orientation, as well as solution-focused thinking, teamwork, and reliability
• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ or equivalent training, several years of professional experience, and a permit as an operations electrician according to Art. 13
• Sound knowledge of applicable electrical regulations (e.g. NIN, NIV). Basic knowledge of building automation is desirable
• Willingness to work on-call duties and special assignments, e.g. at events
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, IT skills (MS Office, CAFM), and a category B driving licence are mandatory

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 77,349 and CHF 103,355 (100%) depending on experience.
