Your responsibilities

• You acquire and are responsible for sales and marketing mandates in the residential and commercial sector
• You develop marketing strategies for new build and existing properties and implement them successfully
• You accompany initial rentals and sales projects from conception to completion
• You advise owners, investors and interested parties competently and solution-oriented
• You conduct market analyses and identify property potentials early
• You position properties optimally on the market and manage target group-specific marketing measures

What makes you successful

• You have a commercial or technical basic education with a federal certificate of competence in the field of real estate, real estate marketing or a comparable further education
• You bring several years of experience in the marketing and rental of residential and commercial properties as well as in the support of new build projects
• You convince with negotiation skills, closing strength and a confident appearance
• You recognise market potentials, think entrepreneurially and develop successful marketing solutions
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with high customer orientation
• You bring team spirit, communication skills and a high IT affinity
• You communicate fluently in German; further language skills are an advantage
• You are enthusiastic about real estate, architecture and marketing topics
