Lead Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Design and further development of scalable solution architectures taking into account business requirements and technical conditions
Assuming technical leadership in projects as well as defining and enforcing architecture standards and best practices
Analysis and translation of business and system requirements into sustainable technical solutions
Close collaboration with development teams, product management and stakeholders for successful implementation and integration
Evaluation of new technologies and architectural approaches and their applicability in existing and future solutions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in IT architecture, requirements engineering, business analysis, application management and/or software development
Solid experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and software architectures
Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as enthusiasm for agile collaboration and new technologies
Very good German and English skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
