For our clients in Liechtenstein, we are seeking a dedicated professional who independently manages complex mandates and actively contributes to the further development of structures and processes. You will work closely with clients, their families, and international partners, supporting high-calibre asset and succession projects.
Trust Officer (m/f/d) – Challenging mandates in an exclusive fiduciary environment
Your Role
- Independent management and support of mandates focusing on asset protection and succession arrangements
- Establishment, takeover, and administration of foundations, trusts, corporations, and other structures in close collaboration with the responsible team
- Building and maintaining direct contacts with clients, beneficiaries, protectors, and international correspondents
- Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of client and partner meetings as well as events
- Assuming administrative tasks to support mandates and the internal team
- Handling due diligence obligations (SPG, SPV, VwbPG, AlA, FATCA)
- Participation in marketing, business development, and optimisation projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in fiduciary services or finance
- Several years of experience in the trust & fiduciary sector; qualification or further training is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, and structured working style
