Become part of our Governance & Service Management team in the Operations & Technology Division of Asset Management and help us shape a professional, transparent, and future-oriented vendor and contract management. Would you like to actively contribute to further developing a professional and future-oriented vendor and contract management in Asset Management? As part of the Governance & Service Management (GSM) team, you will work closely with colleagues from Business, IT, Governance, Procurement, as well as external service providers. You support the management of supplier relationships, contracts, as well as software and market data services, contributing to transparency, compliance, and economic efficiency. You will be involved in commercial optimisation initiatives and advise internal stakeholders. Bring your full potential: Although the position is possible from 50%, we ideally seek reinforcement with a workload of 80-100%.

What you achieve

• Support and further development of supplier and service provider relationships in the context of software, market data, and IT services
• Management of the entire contract lifecycle from negotiations through renewals to contract adjustments and terminations
• Monitoring of service levels, KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations as well as coordination of escalations with internal and external partners
• Management of software and market data contracts, licensing models, commercial reviews, cost optimisation measures, and management reporting
• Advising internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and relevant FINMA, DORA, and audit standards

What you bring

• Several years of experience in vendor management, contract management, or a comparable environment
• Completed studies in business or IT or a comparable qualification
• Experience dealing with software, SaaS, outsourcing, or market data providers
• Understanding of software licensing models as well as supplier and contract management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and interest in commercial issues
• Very good German and English skills
