Do you want to be at the heart of a company’s IT challenges and work on varied projects, at the crossroads of business needs, digital solutions and technical teams?
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you play a central role in coordinating and implementing the Group’s IS projects. From analysing needs to selecting solutions, through project management and coordinating service providers, you are involved in the entire lifecycle of IS initiatives. At the same time, you support the teams daily and act as a liaison with various stakeholders, giving you a broad and concrete view of the Group’s IT and business challenges.

Your main tasks
- Manage IS projects: coordinate projects from identifying needs to implementation.
- Gather and analyse business needs: qualify requests, identify opportunities and propose suitable solutions.
- Evaluate and manage IT service providers: benchmark solutions, analyse offers, negotiate and oversee operations.
- Coordinate IT teams: monitor priorities, facilitate problem resolution and act as the CIO’s daily liaison.
- Support users and improve IS tools: provide support and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Your profile
- You hold a higher education degree in computer science, information systems or project management and have 5 to 7 years’ experience in IS project management.
- You have worked in an industrial environment or SME and know how to link business challenges with IT solutions.
- You have a good technological background and are comfortable with ERP, CRM, ETL, MES environments and planning solutions. Knowledge of ProConcept is an asset.
- Curious, proactive and organised, you enjoy coordinating different stakeholders, advancing projects and anticipating challenges, even without hierarchical authority.
- Reliable, diplomatic and possessing good judgement, you are sensitive to cybersecurity and data governance issues. You are fluent in French and have a good professional level of English (minimum B2).
