For an internationally active industrial company with many years of experience in the development and production of technically sophisticated plastic parts and assemblies, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen the finance department from November 2026 or by arrangement. Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Processing incoming invoices and ensuring timely and correct posting
• Managing accounts payable and maintaining contact with suppliers
• Handling payment runs
• Supporting the team with tasks in financial accounting and month-end closing
• Contributing your own ideas and helping to ensure smooth, careful and efficient financial processes

Your Profile

• Commercial training, ideally with further education as an accounting clerk
• At least one year of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an industrial company
• Practical experience in accounts payable, ideally also in the area of accounts payable workflow
• Good user knowledge of an integrated ERP system
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers, quick comprehension and reliable working style
• Team spirit, good communication skills and a positive and solution-oriented attitude
