Digital Business Analyst & Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
For an innovative environment with diverse digitalisation projects, an analytical and implementation-strong personality is sought. As a Digital Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer, you actively shape the further development of applications and digital processes and ensure that requirements are clearly captured and successfully implemented.
You coordinate collaboration between business, IT, and external partners and accompany projects through all phases. A structured requirements analysis, professional workshops, and sustainable quality assurance are central to your work.
Responsibilities:
Support and management of projects for the development of new applications and the digitalisation of existing business processes
Development and specification of requirements together with internal departments and relevant stakeholders
Translation of business needs into understandable functional and technical requirements
Preparation and moderation of workshops as well as coordination of external implementation partners
Planning and execution of test phases, approvals, and quality assurance measures
Ensuring structured project documentation as well as coordination of dependencies and smooth implementation
Qualifications:
Experience in digitalisation, application, or IT projects, ideally with own project responsibility
Practical experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or process management
Experience in collaboration with departments, IT teams, and external service providers
Good knowledge in testing, approvals, process documentation, and structured software rollouts
Solid education or further training in business informatics, computer science, business analysis, or a similar field; IREB or comparable certifications are a plus
Communicative personality with high initiative, strong sense of responsibility, very good German and good French skills
