M365/Azure System Engineer / Consultant (m/f/d)

Microsoft 365 and Azure are not just cloud products for you, but the basis for modern workplaces and efficient ICT solutions? Then a versatile role awaits you, where you develop technical concepts, implement cloud projects, and continuously improve existing environments.
Responsibilities:
You develop modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments and ensure their reliable operation.
You accompany cloud migrations and successfully bring Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions into practice.
You implement solutions with Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
You translate technical and professional requirements into well-thought-out solution concepts.
You analyse faults, optimise existing environments, and ensure stable operation.
You strengthen cloud security through appropriate policies and compliance measures.
You automate recurring processes with PowerShell, Power Automate, and other Microsoft tools.
You keep configurations, changes, and processes traceable and well documented.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist and have several years of professional experience.
Ideally, you have completed higher ICT education at HF or FH level.
You know Microsoft 365 very well and have solid experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
You have practical experience with Azure, Entra ID, as well as modern security and compliance features such as Conditional Access and MFA.
You work confidently with PowerShell or another scripting language.
Ideally, you have experience with third-party systems and integrations in the M365/Azure environment.
You bring experience in analysing ICT landscapes, solution design, and implementing ICT projects.
You enjoy communicating with customers and combine technical know-how with strong customer orientation.
You are fluent in German.
