Role:
Modern workplaces require a stable, secure, and well-thought-out cloud foundation. In this position, you combine Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and automation and develop solutions that create real added value in daily operations. You work on both existing environments and new cloud projects.
Responsibilities:
You develop Microsoft 365 and Azure environments further and ensure their reliable operation.
You plan and implement migrations to the Microsoft Cloud and provide technical support during these.
You implement and manage solutions with Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and other M365 services.
You analyse requirements and develop suitable technical solution approaches.
You monitor environments, analyse faults, and implement optimisations purposefully.
You ensure the implementation of security and compliance requirements within the cloud environments.
You automate processes and workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
You document technical environments, configurations, changes, and processes comprehensibly.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist and have several years of professional experience.
Ideally, you have a higher ICT education at HF or FH level.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
You have practical experience with Azure and Microsoft Entra ID as well as with Conditional Access, MFA, and other security and compliance topics.
You have experience with PowerShell or a comparable scripting language.
Ideally, you are familiar with third-party systems and integrations in the M365/Azure environment.
You bring experience in analysing ICT environments, developing solution concepts, and implementing ICT projects.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner and convince with your communication and customer orientation.
