PPE Administrator 60-80% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of PPE properties independently
• Be the primary contact for co-owners and external partners
• Prepare and lead general assemblies as well as committee meetings
• Ensure the administrative and contractual management of the properties
• Coordinate technical interventions, routine maintenance and claims handling
• Monitor renovation works and collaborate with various building stakeholders
• Participate in the financial monitoring of the properties, notably through budgets and expense control

Profile

• Commercial training or equivalent experience in real estate in Switzerland; a property manager’s certificate is an asset
• Significant experience in PPE management
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and mediation skills
• Initiative and ability to find pragmatic solutions
• Good knowledge of building or strong interest in technical real estate
• Fluency in French, computer literacy and a driving licence are mandatory
