Payroll Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
We are looking for a service-oriented and independently working individual for our Zurich location.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete salary administration from entry to exit
- Independent, timely and accurate data entry of all changes in SAP, including organisational management
- Processing of accident and sickness absences in UKA
- Checking and correct payment of various absences such as accident, illness, maternity, military, paternity
- Checking and accounting of payrolls (AHV, UTG, KTG, PK, etc.)
- Processing and checking of family allowances
- Participation in projects and process optimisations
- Preparation of withholding tax statements and salary certificates
- Personal advice to HR contact persons
- Providing information on salary and social security enquiries to employees
Qualifications:
- Commercial or equivalent basic training with further education in payroll/social insurance
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
- Proficient SAP skills
- Very good German skills; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Independent, precise and timely working style as well as high customer orientation
- Committed, team-oriented and open to new things
