Role:
You have the opportunity to be part of an interdisciplinary team as a Senior Software Engineer - Embedded, working on next-generation robotics projects. In this role, you take responsibility for collaborating in a team of algorithm experts, robotics, and electrical engineers. You contribute to creating solutions for digital reality that combine sensor, software, and autonomous technologies to enable a sustainable future. You will use your skills to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of applications. You have the chance to make your visions a reality and be part of an innovative team.
Responsibilities:
You are part of R&D with a start-up spirit within a globally active company
In this role, you work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you develop from prototype to innovative series production
You actively and practically support software integration and testing on real hardware
In this role, you solve problems in a team-oriented manner and think creatively to push the boundaries of cutting-edge technologies
You contribute to the further development of engineering and development
Qualifications:
- You have an academic degree in computer science or a similar field with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- You bring experience in software development with OOP principles and distributed services.
- You have knowledge in embedded development, especially with Linux on ARM, driver development, and communication protocols such as I2C and SPI.
- You have experience with Nvidia Jetson and its software ecosystem or are willing to learn quickly.
- You have a passion for software development with modern C++.
- You have good English skills and preferably basic knowledge of German.
