IT Operations & Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operations and Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the availability of internal IT services including Windows workstations, servers, networks, WLAN and VPN. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, basic IT security measures, and continuous optimisation of the system landscape.
Applications and Digital Development: Support of business-relevant software solutions with a focus on the internal CRM system. Developments are carried out, among other things, with AI-supported development tools. Additionally, digitalisation potentials are identified and existing workflows are technically improved.
System Administration and User Management: Configuration and management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune including permission management and administration of the Windows environment. Maintaining technical documentation ensures traceability of configurations and IT processes.
Technical Support and Collaboration: Supporting internal users with IT queries, coordinating with external IT partners and software developers, and participating in the technical configuration of parking meters, camera systems and associated network technology.
Qualifications:
Technical Qualification: Training in computer science at EFZ, HF level or equivalent or equivalent practical professional experience. Solid administration knowledge in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows is required.
Infrastructure and Support Competence: Solid expertise in network technology, VPN, server operation and IT security as well as experience in systematic analysis and resolution of technical faults. A strong understanding of reliable IT service is essential.
Technological Understanding: Openness to new applications and the ability to independently familiarise oneself with different IT solutions. Confident handling of AI applications and digital tools is expected. Basic knowledge of software development and experience in understanding, reviewing and testing AI-generated program code before its productive use are advantageous.
Working Method and Communication: High degree of independence, responsibility and reliability, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach. Service orientation, enjoyment of working with people and fluent written and spoken German complete the profile.
