Accountant (m/f/d)

Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent personality in finance and accounting. You can expect a family-run Swiss company in a versatile trading environment with short decision-making paths and direct communication. In this varied specialist role, you will work closely with the finance management and independently take on defined tasks within the finance department.
Responsibilities:
You will assist in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
You will help with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
You will prepare and support VAT returns
Participation in budgets, forecasts, reporting and financial analyses
Support in process optimisation and financial projects
Collaboration with internal departments as well as support for finance management
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial education as well as further training in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal professional certificate
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and VAT
You have very good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Fluent German language skills are required
