Your mission

• Thanks to your expertise, you identify the necessary interventions and transformations to enhance the rental properties entrusted to us by our clients;
• With full autonomy, you manage projects in their entirety: regulatory controls, preliminary studies, preliminary designs, authorisation requests, tenders, planning and execution monitoring;
• Respecting defined budgets and deadlines, you ensure the successful completion of transformation and renovation projects for buildings, housing, and rental spaces under management.

Beyond your background, you stand out by…

• Your professional experience of at least ten years in real estate project management and construction execution;
• Your ability to provide relevant recommendations, respecting our values and with impeccable ethics, to establish a relationship of trust with owners and our partners;
• Your federal certificate of capacity as a building draughtsman, your construction manager diploma, or any other equivalent qualification;
• Your proficiency with common industry software tools, notably "AutoCAD" and "Messerli";
• Your friendly, communicative, and cooperative personality, as well as your ability to contribute to a calm working atmosphere conducive to exchange and mutual respect.
