Our company has about ten collaborators who are committed daily to satisfying our clients.

Thus, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for a:

Your mission:

- Participate autonomously in project development and management.

- Lead and manage the works until the project handover.

- Maintain close relations with the clients, contractors, and the project owner.

- Prepare measurements and tender documents.

- Develop work schedules and be able to monitor them.

- Control and monitor costs.

- Verify material choices, construction principles, and manage modifications in agreement with the client.

- Coordinate and control the plans of the clients as well as the fabrication plans.

- Prepare and follow up the permit application file by liaising with specialised professionals and public authorities.

Your profile:

- Holder of a HES/EPF architect diploma, ES technician in site planning, with more than five years of experience in execution phases and site management in a similar position in Switzerland.

- You have initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.

- You are independent and skilled in planning and managing execution deadlines.

- Ability to assume financial management of construction sites.

- Very good command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams…) as well as Project and Planner.

- Knowledge of drawing software and Messerli is an asset.

- Have great rigour, precision, autonomy, and adaptability.

- Possess excellent communication skills to ensure transparent and harmonious relations among the various stakeholders.

- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
