Designer (m/f/d)
Our partner company is an internationally active Swiss industrial enterprise that develops technically sophisticated solutions for various industrial applications. The company supports its customers from the initial technical conception through development and implementation to the finished solution.
The focus is on customer-specific products and systems tailored to individual requirements and complex operating conditions. The company works closely with its customers as well as various internal and external specialist departments.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of technical designs and drawings for packaging machines and systems
- Development of customer-specific solutions and optimisation of existing designs
- Preparation of 3D models and 2D drawings taking into account technical specifications and standards
- Collaboration with the engineering team and other departments to ensure smooth project workflows
- Conducting calculations and simulations to evaluate designs
- Monitoring production processes and supporting the implementation of designs in manufacturing
- Testing prototypes and test setups as well as resolving technical challenges
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a designer or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in design, ideally in mechanical engineering or plant engineering
- Confident use of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or comparable programmes
- Good knowledge of mechanical design and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Teamwork and communication skills to cooperate effectively with various departments
- Independent and structured working style as well as high problem-solving competence
