Our mission is to bring our expertise in home care and support to accompany the life projects of the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. Our services are provided by a network of small nursing teams, operating autonomously and agilely, distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon.

Your mission:
The project manager ensures the design, planning, coordination and monitoring of cross-functional projects (including organisational development) within NOMAD. They transform strategic orientations and institutional mandates into concrete results, all in close collaboration with internal services, authorities, partner municipalities or cantons, as well as various external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyse needs and clarify objectives, scope and expected project outcomes
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and budgets
- Ensure monitoring of deadlines, costs, resources, deliverables and quality
- Prepare meetings, decision documents, progress reports and dashboards
- Ensure regular and appropriate communication with different interlocutors
- Prepare decisions to be submitted to management, commissions or competent authorities
- Ensure compliance with legal, administrative, financial and organisational requirements
- Support changes related to project implementation
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences in a relevant field (business management, social sciences, law, management engineering, or equivalent)
- Additional training in project management is desirable
- Certification or training in HERMES, IPMA, PMP®, PRINCE2® or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and change management
- Proficiency in office tools and collaborative platforms
- Knowledge of principles of legality, transparency, data protection, public finance and public procurement
- Ease in preparing and presenting files at various decision-making levels
- Collaborative leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to mobilise stakeholders
- Analytical mind, rigour and sense of priorities
- Ability to manage complex situations, resistance and conflicts
Workplace:
La Chaux-de-Fonds, with occasional travel to our various sites in the canton
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Contract type: permanent contract
