Team Leader Property Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take on the technical and personnel leadership of five directly and three indirectly reporting employees.
- You share responsibility for the development and expansion of the management area.
- You contribute to projects.
- You independently manage a reduced portfolio of predominantly residential properties.
- You ensure market-appropriate re-letting and preservation of the properties' value.
- You professionally advise the owners.
Qualifications:
- You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal certificate or trustee with a federal diploma.
- You have several years of experience as a senior property manager.
- You have several years of leadership experience.
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
- You possess a car driving licence.
