Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders via CRM and email
Coordination of the entire order processing up to on-time shipping
Creation and verification of export and customs documents
Handling of letters of credit as well as certificates of origin and preference
Support with customs tariff classification according to European and American regulations
Support of international customers and external service partners
Coordination with the US branch for ongoing orders
Organisation of Carnet A.T.A. for international trade fair appearances
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with professional experience in export
Several years of experience in international order processing and export administration
Further training in foreign trade or comparable additional qualification advantageous
Experience with export documents and international customs processes
Confident use of CRM systems and common office applications
Structured working method with strong service orientation
Team-oriented and resilient personality with pragmatic solution orientation
Very good German and good English skills
