After-Sales Service Technician

Regent Suisse SA, headquartered in Basel, currently employs around 600 staff across six countries. As the Swiss market leader, it is also among the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe and enjoys an international presence through its distribution partners in 35 countries.

We are looking for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne for 1 January 2027 or by agreement:

Your challenges:

• Troubleshooting and commissioning of our products
• Diagnose, analyse faults, identify causes of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs
• Assembly, repair and follow-up, respecting quality and safety standards
• Create and track files in our IT system
• Contact with our professional clientele
• Work closely with the technical team and customer service

Your skills:

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a technical or electrical field
• A strong liking for customer contact
• A sense of responsibility
• Autonomy and organisation, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Good IT skills (MS Office), possibly MS Dynamics AX (Axapta)
• Driving licence essential
