For a large company in Zurich, we are looking for a

Temporary Recruiter

Tasks

• Operational management of the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to contract conclusion
• Conducting virtual and physical interviews and supporting the line as a sparring partner in recruitment as well as in decision-making
• First point of contact for applicants, personnel service providers, HR managers and various stakeholders from the line
• Building and maintaining talent pools, active talent relationship management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training EFZ and/or degree FH/HF in personnel management or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience
• Fluent German and good English
• Winning, strong in negotiation and sustainable communication with our applicants and the line
• Team player, proactive, very independent and well-structured way of working
• "Hands-on" mentality, who gladly takes responsibility and shows initiative
