There is a profession where everything you have built up over twenty years counts: your network. Your intuition for people. The ability to recognise within five minutes whether someone fits a role. Your presence on the phone. Your joy in going out and closing deals.

This profession is called Executive Search. We are looking for personalities who want to practise it as self-employed - with our infrastructure behind them.

Your role

You acquire your own clients, manage your own mandates and fill key positions from specialists to executive management. You decide on your clients, your time, your market. No reporting to people who do not understand your business.

You do not start from scratch

An established brand with which you appear from day 1 like a large firm. Recruiting platform with AI-supported matching, multiposting, back office, office at Bleicherweg 10 in Zurich. Weekly personal exchange and start-up support by the owners. Self-employed. But not alone.

What you bring

Fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years of market knowledge from management, sales or consulting. A genuine network and the desire to use it. People who want to sell rather than wait.

No side job

Executive Search does not work on the side. A second source of income is possible as long as at least 80 percent of your working time is here. Those who contribute less earn less than they could. We prefer to say that now rather than after six months.
