Team Leader and Weekend Coordinator at 80%
REPORTING/LOCATION
Support team for the CMS of APROMAD (Echallens, Prilly South, Prilly North, Oron, Cully, Pully, Le Mont and Epalinges)
YOUR MISSIONS
Team Leader - 60%
You manage a team of about fifty people, composed of versatile health auxiliaries, ASSC and nurses. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You supervise the scheduling of staff interventions with our clients, who have a disability or a state of physical or psychological dependency. You work closely with your centre manager.
The position may evolve with an extension until 8:00 pm.
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training in nursing and experience in various care fields
- Experience in home care, an asset
- Training in management, an asset
- Experience in management, team supervision and leadership, an asset
- Initiative, good communication skills
- Good adaptability to significant changes
- Ability to work independently and handle crisis situations
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, dynamism and rigour
- Proficiency in common computer software
Weekend Nurse Coordinator - 20%
- Welcome temporary staff and respond to their possible questions. Provide them with the necessary equipment and collect it at the end of the day.
- Receive absence notifications from employees and organise their replacement in the field.
- Respond to client requests from the CTMG or field workers
- Report HR situations requiring attention to the management on call.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Flexibility in working hours
- Good adaptability to changes
- Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Availability at weekends
- Driving licence
