Specialist Order Processing, Export & Logistics Administration (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF79,300 - 92,300Our client is a successful Swiss trading company with a specialised product portfolio for professional and private users. Role:
In this role, you take on a central position between customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments. You manage international orders commercially, coordinate transport and export matters, and ensure that deliveries, documents and deadlines are reliably aligned.
You can expect a varied range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility and direct influence on smooth international order processing.
Responsibilities:
You manage international customer orders from entry to delivery
You coordinate deliveries with customers, suppliers and transport partners
You prepare quotations, order confirmations and other commercial documents
You handle import, export and customs procedures including the required documentation
You procure certificates and other order-related evidence
You monitor delivery dates and proactively resolve discrepancies
You check invoices and independently handle discrepancies
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and experience in international order and export processing
You are familiar with shipping, customs and cross-border delivery processes
You communicate very well in German and well in English; additional languages are an advantage
You work independently, in a structured and careful manner
You are service-oriented, communicative and keep an overview even with several parallel processes
