Role:
In this versatile role, you will take on central tasks in finance and accounting and actively participate in financial statements, financial analyses, and ongoing bookkeeping. Another focus is on optimising financial processes as well as further developing ERP and digitalisation topics. This offers a responsible position with plenty of scope for creativity within an experienced finance team.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment transactions, dunning, and open items
You independently manage subsidiary and fixed asset accounting and ensure that all postings align cleanly with the general ledger.
Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as preparation of VAT returns
Support in liquidity planning, controlling, and financial evaluations
Involvement in ERP, digitalisation, and process optimisation projects in the finance area
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company
Sound knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and closing tasks
Confident handling of ERP systems and Excel as well as interest in digitalisation and process optimisation
Independent, structured, and responsible working style with high initiative
