Role:
Our client is a fiduciary and consulting company that supports small and medium-sized enterprises as well as private individuals in financial and business management matters. The range of services includes, among others, financial and payroll accounting, annual financial statements, tax consulting as well as general fiduciary and business consulting. Personal support, professional competence and practical solutions are paramount.

Responsibilities:
You take professional responsibility for various client mandates and support your clients with final accounts, tax returns and other fiduciary matters.
You ensure the correct processing of VAT returns and payroll accounting and provide advisory support on financial and tax matters.
You identify potential for improvement and actively drive the further development of the service offering and fiduciary processes.
You build long-term client partnerships, strengthen existing relationships and support the acquisition of new mandates.
You contribute to projects, take on their management or coordination and promote the professional development of junior employees through targeted support.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training as a fiduciary specialist or have an equivalent professional background.
You have several years of experience in the fiduciary sector and are familiar with the requirements of independent mandate management and client consulting.
You are proficient in preparing annual financial statements as well as in the areas of value added tax and payroll accounting.
You impress with strong communication and presentation skills and can convey complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience.
You have very good German language skills.
