Exciting tasks await:
- Final editing of judgments, orders and rulings
- Drafting of judgments in all areas of responsibility of the District Court Brugg
- Participation in hearings and judgment consultations with an advisory vote
- Deployment in civil, criminal, labour and family courts as well as in the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)
- Support of the court presidents in case management
- Minute-taking in hearings and proceedings
What you bring:
- Completed studies in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
- Professional experience (law firm/justice/municipal administration) is an advantage
- Precise German language skills, spoken and written
- Reliability, willingness to learn, discretion, sociability
- Neat appearance, good manners and ability to work in a team
- Quick comprehension and highly independent and efficient working style
