Exciting tasks await:

• Final editing of judgments, orders and rulings
• Drafting of judgments in all areas of responsibility of the District Court Brugg
• Participation in hearings and judgment consultations with an advisory vote
• Deployment in civil, criminal, labour and family courts as well as in the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)
• Support of the court presidents in case management
• Minute-taking in hearings and proceedings

What you bring:

• Completed studies in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
• Professional experience (law firm/justice/municipal administration) is an advantage
• Precise German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliability, willingness to learn, discretion, sociability
• Neat appearance, good manners and ability to work in a team
• Quick comprehension and highly independent and efficient working style
