Responsibilities:
You manage production planning considering order backlog and capacities.
You procure materials and services as needed for manufacturing and assembly.
You create and schedule production orders in the ERP system.
You lead and develop your team both professionally and organisationally.
You manage suppliers and negotiate prices, conditions, and delivery dates.
You monitor delivery capability, costs, and quality along the operational processes.
Coordination with production, sales, and logistics is part of your daily business.
You optimise processes in AVOR and PPS through digitalisation, automation, and AI.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a polymechanic, with relevant further training.
Several years of experience in AVOR, PPS, or purchasing in a manufacturing industrial company.
Leadership experience as well as practical knowledge in production and capacity planning.
Technical understanding of CNC manufacturing processes, especially CNC turning.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Interest in digitalisation, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Very good German skills; English and French are advantageous.
