Responsibilities:
You support international customers with questions about orders and deliveries.
You process export orders from entry to shipment completion.
You coordinate transport solutions by land, air and sea with external service providers.
You clarify the necessary information and procedures regarding customs issues.
You coordinate dates and order details between sales, production and logistics.
You prepare documents for the field service and perform administrative tasks.
You check complaints and coordinate the necessary follow-up measures.
You keep delivery status, order data and shipping information up to date.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
Further training in export, foreign trade or customs is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of customs regulations and international trade processes.
You work independently and organise your tasks systematically.
In case of deviations, you seek pragmatic solutions and set priorities.
You remain flexible and customer-oriented even with a higher workload.
You have very good German skills as well as English, both spoken and written.
Additional foreign languages are welcome for international customer support.
