Responsibilities:
Ensuring 2nd-level support and operation of Microsoft Exchange On-Prem & Online
Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, Teams and SharePoint
Analysis and optimisation of mail flow, SMTP relay and security solutions
Design and evaluation of technical solutions and architectural decisions
Automation with PowerShell as well as participation in agile IT projects
Qualifications:
Training in IT EFZ with HF/FH degree or comparable qualification
Several years of experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Sound knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, Teams and SharePoint
Experience in solution design, technical consulting and complex IT environments
Customer-oriented, communicative and solution-focused working style as well as very good German language skills
