IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Operation and continuous development of the VMware vSphere infrastructure as well as physical servers at multiple locations
Monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure using central monitoring and early detection of faults
Design, administration, and optimisation of Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions
Analysis and resolution of complex technical faults in 2nd-level support as well as implementation of appropriate security measures
Planning and management of IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and network technologies
Experience with VMware vSphere, Veeam and modern backup/recovery solutions
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as understanding of IT security
Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
