IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Administration and continuous optimisation of the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Ensuring stable operation of the IT infrastructure with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, network, and Microsoft Azure
Handling demanding 2nd and 3rd level support cases as well as providing technical support to the IT service desk
Planning and implementation of IT projects including taking on partial or full project management tasks
Ensuring IT security, system availability, and service quality across the entire area of responsibility
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally specialising in system technology
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Windows client/server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Several years of practical experience in systems engineering and operation of modern IT infrastructures
Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as an independent, structured, and precise working style
High team and communication skills, very good German language skills, and good English skills are an advantage
