ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You design and deploy cloud/on-premise solutions as well as M365, network and telephony solutions.
- You support customers in the project environment and take on 2nd and 3rd-level support.
- You plan, advise and implement IT projects and actively participate in projects.
- You advise, instruct and support customers with any issues that arise.
- You ensure the smooth operation of customer environments.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed IT education and several years of professional experience as a systems engineer.
- You have good knowledge of M365/Azure, Windows servers and operating systems.
- You bring experience with VMware/Hyper-V as well as Microsoft Intune/Teams.
- You work independently, are communicative, friendly and service- and solution-oriented.
- You have very good spoken and written German and good spoken and written English.
