For our pool of leadership personnel, we are looking for
Nursing Professionals Co-Leadership Group Stay
The temporary assignments of 2 or 3 weeks each take place between March and October at various locations in Switzerland.
These are your tasks:
Main responsibility for nursing with co-leadership for a maximum of 10 guests affected by MS
Support and leadership of up to 17 volunteers
Planning and organisation of excursions and activities
You bring with you:
Completed training in nursing (FH/HF/ANP), preferably with professional experience in outpatient care (e.g. Spitex)
High mental and physical resilience
Leadership and organisational skills for working with a team of volunteers
Enjoyment in working with people
Empathetic, appreciative and professional attitude towards people affected by MS and their relatives
Confident demeanour, solution-oriented communication
