System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation, design and implementation of IT infrastructures
- Preparation of IT audits, customer consulting on IT projects and strategies
- Sales and project acquisition
- Active participation in the further development of the IT portfolio
- Further development of monitoring systems and quality assurance
- Maintenance, support, and migrations of own customer systems
- Responsibility for managing an assigned customer portfolio up to 3rd level support
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training at HF or FH level
- At least 3 years of professional experience in supporting SMEs
- Relevant professional experience with customer projects in client and server areas
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft server products and VMware virtualisation solutions
- Ideally further training and certificates in Microsoft and VMware areas
- Friendly, motivated and team-oriented person with a structured, customer-focused working style and quick comprehension
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
