For our client, a renowned financial service provider, we are looking for several temporary assistants starting in September.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Administrative support and relief for the team
• Independent handling of customer enquiries
• Responsibility for efficient and effective collaboration with suppliers and internal departments as well as independent completion of tasks
• Assistance with and execution of smaller sub-projects

Requirements/Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in back office, administration, internal sales or similar
• Very reliable and precise working style
• High commitment, flexibility as well as customer orientation and quality awareness
• Team spirit and enjoyment of work
• Good MS Office skills
