Product Owner - Customer Service - Watchmaking Sector (M/F/X)
The role:
As part of a digital and industrial transformation programme, we are looking for an IT Product Owner – Customer Service to support the evolution of processes and information systems in a demanding industrial environment.
Integrated into a Digital Transformation team, you will work on the Customer Service scope, particularly around activities related to repairs and stock management.
You will be the operational link between business and IT teams. Your objective: to understand and challenge business needs, propose pragmatic system solutions, translate them into functional specifications and oversee their implementation through to production and operation in Run.
You will operate in an application environment including notably SAP CS, PLM, BI/Data as well as various business applications.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse and challenge business needs to identify issues and improvement opportunities.

Identify and propose, with IT teams, appropriate functional and technical solutions.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

Manage and prioritise the backlog in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Lead projects and developments end-to-end, from requirement definition to production deployment.

Coordinate IT teams, business units, technical experts, integrators and external partners.

Organise testing and business validation phases, then support deployments and production launches.

Ensure post-deployment and Run monitoring, ensuring robustness, maintainability and sustainability of solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and adoption of solutions by users.
What we are looking for:
You ideally have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Product Ownership, IT project management, functional analysis or digital transformation.
You combine a genuine IT sensitivity with strong project management skills. You understand information systems and can bridge the gap between business challenges and technical teams, without necessarily being a developer yourself.
Experience in a Customer Service, industrial/Manufacturing, Supply Chain or operations environment is a real asset. Knowledge of SAP CS, PLM, BI/Data or business applications would also be appreciated.
You are autonomous, pragmatic, organised and solution-oriented. You know how to drive topics forward, prioritise, make decisions and collaborate effectively with business, technical and external stakeholders.
