Responsibilities:
Administratively manage international customer orders from recording to further processing
Process export orders taking into account applicable customs and shipping regulations
Create offers for customers and record corresponding quotations in the system
Receive and promptly process customer enquiries in daily business
Coordinate order information with internal departments such as sales and logistics
Prepare export and customs documents completely and on time
Support international sales teams in order processing and customer care
Continuously maintain order-related data and documents in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional qualification
At least three years of professional experience in international internal sales
Sound knowledge of import and export processes as well as related documents
Experience with ERP systems, ideally ProAlpha, as well as very good MS Office user skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Resilience and assertiveness in daily customer and order business
Team-oriented personality with reliable and committed working style
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
